About Erlyn Baldoza
I’m Erlyn, though many of my close friends affectionately refer to me as Erla or Erlaluch. I’m happily married to Ronald Baldoza, and together we’re raising our Tri-Athlete son, Prince.
Before diving into the world of full-time work-from-home/online freelancing, my professional journey took me through diverse paths. Initially, I began as a Quality Analyst in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, where my dedication and leadership skills propelled me to the role of Supervisor. In this capacity, I led a dynamic team of 20 customer service agents, managing both inbound voice and non-voice operations for a prominent US-based company.
Following my tenure in the BPO industry, I transitioned into the vibrant realm of hospitality, embarking on a fulfilling career as a hotelier. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of managing various local beach resorts, where I’ve honed my managerial acumen and customer service expertise.
Now fully immersed in the realm of online freelancing, I bring over 7 years of expertise as a versatile general administrative virtual assistant. My skill set encompasses a wide array of tasks, including but not limited to data entry, data scraping, content creation and editing, social media management, and lead generation. Notably, I’ve also served as a Labeler for an AI Machine Learning software, adding a specialized dimension to my experience.
